Your Archived assets are broken down into five categories, Image library, Visual Identity, Published files, Media, and assets that are in production on your Production board.
Our simple to use image library allows you to organise, view, distribute, and track all of your image resources, by filtering through the customised taxonomy your organisation will be able to find what they want, when they want.
Having an IP management platform for your images gives your administration team a resource to make sure all of your assets are only being used where and how you want. Uview will notify administrators when assets are set to expire and show any IP license status, agreements, or any other associated data and copyright information when your assets are ordered.
As your assets are ordered your administration team is able to check all IP that is accociated with that asset, so they can make an informative descission before being downloaded.
For help on the ordering process, you can view our help page here.
Your Visual Identity library is where we store any of your organisations branding, like logos and brand guidelines. These can be ordered via the website or ecouriered by your administration team.
Any resource archived will have all associated files included. Before archiving, checks will be made to ensure that all files archived are up-to-date and include all last minute alterations. For files being offset or digitally printed, checks are made to ensure that files meet the necessary prepress requirements.
Once archived, a lo-res copy of the resource will be uploaded to our website Uview. A lo-res version of the front cover and thumbnail of the resource will be available. A lo-res PDF of the entire resource will be available to view or download from the website. Details and Metadata with each resource are configured to meet your organisations requirement. These can include details such as:
Resources will be easily searchable via either the resource name, product code, item number, ISBN number, or relevant tagged meta data.
These details can be changed and modified to suit any requirements. Individual log-ins can be created, with resources assigned to individual log-ins if required.
An online media library is also available with Uview. Individual audio and video files can be cross referenced to the publication resource that uses them.
All Meta data embedded in each asset can be shown on Uview if required. Like the Publications details with each image can be configured to meet your organisations requirement.
The Uview Production Board gives you a comprehensive view of current work that is being reviewed, and where it is at in the approval process. It also gives an organisation the ability to save and archive documents with a job.
